The Peak SMS-30 is very innovative in its design. It is easy to assemble and collapses to a compact size for easy travel or storage, making it the perfect music stand for the traveling musician as well as a great stay at home stand too.

The stand is extremely portable, collapsing into a compact travel bag with carry handles that weighs only 2.8kg! It's super strong and durable as well, with a high grade tubular steel tripod attaching to a heavy duty yet lightweight plastic desk that collapses using piano hinges.

The innovative Peak Quick Clamp Lever locking system makes it super easy to assemble, disassemble and to adjust the height. When fully extended the height is approximately 154cm from the ground to the base of the desk, when collapsed it is just 67cm long. Simply lift the lever to unlock, and push it back down to secure it again. Unlike other collapsible music stands, the Peak SMS-30 is on par with other more expensive stands when it comes to strength and sturdiness.
