Hagen Weise 150 Master Series Violin Bubenreuth 2022

This violin was made by master Luthier Hagen Weise. Weise has been active since 1991 when he commenced work for the Roderisch Paesold Company in Bubenreuth, Germany. In 2004 Weise successfully completed his master violin-making examination. Since 2010 Weise has been dedicated to making fine instruments in his own workshop located in Baiersdorf, Germany. 

This instrument comes with a certificate of authenticity from the maker. The violin is labelled 'Hagen Weise (signed) / Baiesdorf 09/2022 Kirscsbauch', and is modelled after Stradivarius' 'Hubermann' violin. It is made from thermo-modified Cherrywood, as opposed to traditional Maple. The body measures 354mm, the string length at 329mm, the upper bout is 165mm and the lower bout is 206mm.

This violin has a warm, rich sound and is suited for solo performances and chamber music alike.
