Otto Jos. Klier #M1 4/4 Maestro Series Violin

The Klier M1 violin has a sweet, bright tone with moderate projection. Compared with the Klier S3, the M1 is slightly warmer with more tonal complexity and this is due to the use of higher quality wood and workmanship. In terms of AMEB or Trinity levels we believe it is most suitable for advancing players at a 4th to 6th grade standard.

The Klier M1 has an even coat of gold-brown varnish with inlaid purfling, ebony pegs, nut and fingerboard and a Wittner tailpiece with in-built fine tune adjusters. It is fitted with Larsen Il Cannone strings which add more clarity and brilliance to the sound. If Larsen Il Cannone strings aren't in-stock, then a similar alternative will be used.

Otto Joseph Klier have been making violins for over 100 years and specialise in intermediate to advanced level instruments. They are skilfully hand-crafted in Germany using European maple and spruce tone woods and professionally setup by the Luthiers in our Sydney based workshop to ensure good playability and quality of sound.
