With a weight of about 54 grams and a significantly improved elasticity, Muesing carbon fibre bows are 10% lighter and 50% more resilient than traditional bows. That makes them faster, stronger and more comfortable to play.

Their sound is nicely balanced with strong fundamentals and offers a wide range of overtones. At the same time it's full, bright and expressive. Due to their very good projection, you can rely on their sound even in difficult acoustics.

The C5 delivers everything you have ever wanted from a bow: A most beautiful and clear sound with great projection and instant response. This is the right bow for musicians with higher aspirations.

Muesing bows are made in Germany and come with a 15 year warranty on the stick and a 2 year warranty on the frog. Click here to read more about Muesing Carbon Fibre Bows.

Great tone, easy to play

This bow feels stable, especially when changing strings and playing faster passages with sautille or spiccato. I usually prefer heavier wooden bows, not carbon bows but this one is comparable to a good wooden bow. It also has a warm consistent sound. Definitely recommend if you are looking for a high quality alternative to pernambuco.
