Melos Rosin Baroque Viola & Tenor Viol offers warm, balanced and full sound qualities, without any unexpected noises or dust, in all kinds of bowing techniques. This cake is designed especially for gut strings and to efficiently deliver high and medium wave frequencies.

Each and every rosin cake is made exclusively by hand. Minor deformities are corollaries of the natural origin of the ingredients used and the handmade process, without using any kind of machinery that could potentially lower our products’ quality.

The Baroque series offers rosins especially made for Violin, Viola, and cello baroque instruments, as well as for the viol family instruments. The detail that differentiates this series from the Classical one is hat these rosins are designed especially for gut strings, taking also into account the different instrument bodies of baroque and viol instruments. All of the Melos Baroque rosins are Dark.
