Our Operations Team

Esther Laub

Esther Laub

Esther joined the company as a Sales Consultant in November 2006 and has spent nearly two decades growing with the business, currently serving as Manager of Wholesale Operations and Procurement — overseeing all buying, the entire B2B side of the business, and a small team she genuinely loves leading.

She holds a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Music Performance) from Wesley Institute (now Excelsia University College) and trained as a contemporary singer — a passion she still nurtures today, recording and performing original compositions as an acoustic duo with her husband, Scott. In 2019, Esther was named Retail Graduate of the Year by the Australian Retail Association's Retail Institute, a fitting recognition of a career defined by genuine warmth, an intuitive sense for what the business needs, and a love of getting the details right.

She travels internationally to music trade fairs, building relationships with violin makers, publishers, and manufacturers around the world. Anyone who knows Esther will also know her whippets, Trixie and Fernando — loved with a devotion that borders on the unreasonable (her words).

Eugenia Leung

Eugenia Leung

With a career in corporate accounting Eugenia brings a unique combination of professional experience and a lifelong passion for music to her role as Education Coordinator A qualified Chartered Accountant, Eugenia began her career in professional services at PwC before moving into commercial roles across a range of industries, including duty-free retail, data analytics and construction engineering consultancy. While her corporate career took her in a different direction, music remained an important part of her life.

Her love of music began at a young age, when she dreamed of becoming an orchestral conductor and further inspired by the music of Forrest Gump, a film-score musician. A pianist and violinist, Eugenia achieved A-Mus in piano and continued to pursue her passion for music throughout her corporate career. She has enjoyed playing the violin in local symphony orchestras, as well as accompanying violin students for their exams on a casual basis. During that time she also took time out to further explore her interest in music through a composition course.

Today, Eugenia is delighted to combine her professional experience with her passion for music in her role as Education Coordinator. She particularly enjoys being part of a business that supports music education and helps students, teachers and musicians access the instruments, resources and music they need to continue their musical journeys. Outside of work, Eugenia enjoys attending concerts, travelling and playing pickleball
